Dino W. Newring

Dino W. Newring was born May 23, 1956, in Pittsburgh, PA.  He passed away November 23, 2023, at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.  He was the fourth child born to his parents and had fond memories of growing up with his five siblings.

Dino attended Madison Elementary, Herron Hill Junior High and Schenley High School, where he graduated in 1974.  Upon graduation, he attended Dean School of Technology,

Dino had a strong work ethic and worked at WESCO, as a warehouse Supervisor for over 40 years.  He started a cleaning business through JAN PRO in the l990’s and continued working at both places until his health forced him into retirement.

Dino was passionate about basketball.  As a young man he coached several teams sponsored by Grace Memorial Church in Pittsburgh, PA.   He later started a neighborhood basketball league.

He loved spreading joy to everyone that he met and spoiling his children and animals.  He also enjoyed his riddle contest.

Dino was preceded in death by his parents, Eunice and Tommy Newring; brothers, Lance Newring and Tommy Newring Jr; cousin, Curtis R. Newring; uncle, Curtis Newring Jr; brother-in-law, Johnny Delaney; nephew, Michael Newring; and sister-in-law, Frances Newring.  He was followed in death by Aunt Cozzeta Newring.

He leaves, to cherish his memory, his wife, Staci Newring; children, Jaison Newring, Sidni Newring and Amani Newring; sisters, Toni Newring-Delaney, Trudy Newring-Evens (Carey), and Jarmila Newring; sister-in-law, Maria Woody (Marc) and sister-in-law, Mary Newring.  Dino also leaves a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.  He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Family and friends will be received 12:00 – 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.
