Donald L. Amidon, Jr.

Donald L. Amidon Jr., age 57, passed away June 5, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Boardman, Ohio.  He was born May 19, 1966, in Painesville to Donald L. and Joan I. (Walker) Amidon.

Survived by his sister Carol, nephews Billy, Jason, and Nick. His longtime partner Tina and her sons George, Corey, and Alec with whom he made his home. 

He was a classic rock enthusiast and the Beatles in particular.  He would say that the best day of his life was when he got to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He loved researching Aliens and Alien encounters. He also studied comparative mythology and comparative religion.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles James Amidon and Daelon Wattunen; and his sister, Dawn Allen.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 PM, on Monday, June 12, 2023, at Concord Cemetery.
