Erika M. Hemly

Erika M. Hemly, age 45, passed away January 28, 2025, at Hillcrest Hospital.  She was born November 18, 1979, in Cleveland to James Hemly and Cheryl (Eisnaugle) Murphy.

Erika worked for R. W. Sidley Company for many years.  She enjoyed going to camp, traveling, cooking, and especially making beef jerky and pepperoni rolls.  She loved spending time with her nieces who were very dear to her.  She had many friends that meant so much to her and were her support system. 

Erika is survived by her longtime boyfriend and love of her life, Craig Pasko, her parents, James Hemly, Cheryl Murphy; step-father, Mark Murphy, and step-mother, Angela Hemly; her sisters, Alison Christopher and Halle Hemly; brothers, Dylan Hemly and Robert Hemly; nieces, Adelaide Christopher, Auburn Christopher, and Mia McDivitt; step-brothers, Josh Murphy and Ryan Murphy.

Friends will be received 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Graveside Services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, February 3, 2025, at Williams Cemetery, 6235 Vrooman Road, Leroy Township, Ohio.
