Francesca Berardinelli

Francesca Berardinelli, age 87, passed away February 24, 2025, at Haven Home Assisted Living in Mentor, Ohio.  She was born June 1, 1937, in San Pietro In Valle, Italy to Salvatore Sardella and Lucia (Iapaolo) Sardella.

Francesca worked at Lake East Hospital/Tripoint for over 35 years. She enjoyed visits to Italy, gardening, cooking, and being with her family.

Francesca is survived by her husband, Ermenegildo Berardinelli; sons, Domenic (Tywanna) Berardinelli and Angelo (Amy) Berardinelli; grandchildren, Crystal Berardinelli and Raychel (Andrew) Berardinelli-Koehler; and great grandchildren, Athena Ray Koehler and Avery Sterling Koehler.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Antonio, Tobia, Donato and Vincenzo; sisters, Teresa and Nonzia-Tina.

Family and friends will be received 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM, on Friday, February 28, 2025, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 242 North State Street, Painesville, Ohio.  Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow.  Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.
