Hali D. Coss

Hali Coss was an 18-year-old native of Ohio who resided in Luling, Louisiana until her death on Saturday November 20, 2021. 

Hali was a 2021 graduate of Hahnville High School in Boutte, Louisiana. During her High School career she had many accomplishments, serving as a member of Student Council, Beta Club, and the Hahnville Hi-Stepper Dance Team.

After High School she went on to attend Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. There, she was a freshman dedicating her studies to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health. 

Hali Coss lit up any room she entered. She was an honest person whose soul thrived on living very boldly and immensely free. She only left happiness, laughter, and love in her wake. The impact she made on the hearts of her family and friends will keep her memory alive for many years yet to come. 

Hali is preceded in death by her grandparents, Karen Leskovac and Kenneth Young. 

Hali is survived by her parents, Traci and Joe Coss; sister, Madelyn Coss; grandparents, John and Bonnie Leskovac, Joseph Coss Sr., Connie Coss, and Jolaine Coss. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

The family will receive friends at Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home,667 Mentor Ave. Painesville, on Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 9:00 -11:00 AM, followed by a Memorial Service at the funeral home.at 11:00 AM.  Interment will be at Perry Cemetery.
