Ivan “Crazy Ray” White, age 76, passed away January 20, 2021 at his residence, surrounded by family, in Painesville Township. He was born June 25, 1944 in Dry Fork, West Virginia to Fred and Norma Jean White.
Ivan, along with his wife, Rosemary, were the owners of Ray’s Auto & Truck Sales in Painesville Township, for 42 years. He was a legend in Lake County.
He enjoyed life in itself. He loved racing his muscle cars, animals, fishing, gambling, but most of all, God and his family.
Ivan is survived by his wife, Rosemary White; daughters, Barbara (Gary) Nord and Ivanna “Sissy” Schultz, both of Painesville; grandchildren, Zac, Jennifer, Colin, Jessica, and Ryan; great grandchildren, Alissa, Kalee, Riley, Reece, Jace, Layla, Cameron, Carson, Aubrey, Raeann, Dausha, Haylee, Ethan and Maverick; sisters, Judy (Bill) Stallman of Philippi, W. VA and Karen Reynolds of Painesville, OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Gary White.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, January 25th, 2021 at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville. Friends will be received 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Sunday January 24th at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
