Jo Ann Harding, age 86, passed away May 16, 2021 at her residence in Plano, Texas. She was born February 8, 1935 in Blueville, West Virginia to Arthur and Mae (Ice) Veyon.
Jo Ann was a 1954 graduate of Thomas W. Harvey High School. She worked for IRC Fibers, the Painesville Township School System, and the County Commissioners, retiring in 1997.
She enjoyed going to church, playing games, and just spending time with friends and family.
Jo Ann is survived by two sisters, Ilene Ashworth of Irving, TX and Alice (Jack) Addison of Mentor, OH; her son, Robert (Lezlie) Harding of Plano, TX; two grandsons, Chase (Stephanie) Harding of Sherman, TX and Conner (Lauren) Harding of Ft. Worth, TX; four great grandchildren, Zoey, Colton, Wesley and Amelia Harding all of Texas, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth M. Harding in 1999; and her parents; her sister, Catherine Salisbury in 1999, and her twin brother, John Veyon in 2017.
Viewing will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 22nd at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville with services, and burial to follow in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland.
