Joyce Ann Rorabaugh (Davis), 69, of Perry
Joyce Ann Rorabaugh (Davis), age 69, of Perry, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 30, 2026, at the Cleveland Clinic, courageously following a 10-year battle with cancer. She was born on December 7, 1956, in Painesville to George and Mabel Davis.
Joyce dedicated many years of service to her community and career, working more than 15 years with First Merit and Huntington Bank. Prior to that, she found joy in serving others as the Head Cook for the Riverside School System, where she cared for students and staff like family. She also generously gave her time volunteering with the Perry High School Band Boosters, proudly supporting the students and programs that meant so much to her family.
Joyce cherished time spent with those she loved most. She enjoyed keeping up with her grandchildren, antiquing, and was an avid game show connoisseur. A devoted Cleveland sports fan, she proudly supported all her hometown teams — even the Browns. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, lovingly caring for many pets throughout her life and adored her four current “fur babies” — Cooper, Jack, Rudy, and Oliver — who brought her constant comfort and joy.
She is lovingly survived by her husband of 50 years, Dwight; her daughters, Devan (Dean) Holbrook, Amanda Rorabaugh (Virginia Kendall), and Jessica (Scott) Bartone; and her treasured grandchildren, Christian Hernandez, Mekenzie Bartone, John Bartone, and Kennedy Hernandez. She is also survived by her brother, Dennis (Gail) Davis.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents.
