Larry D Reichard

Larry D. Reichard, age 87, passed away February 13th, 2025, at Mary Mount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio. He was born on January 5th, 1938, In Willoughby, OH, to Lauren H. Reichard and Isabelle (Schmidt) Reichard.

Larry honorably served in the United States Navy for over 20 years and retired as a senior chief petty officer.  He was a social butterfly who could talk to anybody for hours. He loved his pets and animals and was a very skilled woodworker.

Larry is survived by his wife Margaret “Peg” (Gall) Reichard; daughter, Rebbekah (Ronald) Walters; son, Daniel Reichard; brother, Thomas (Terri) Reichard; grandchildren, Amber and Ronnie Walters.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Janet Barlow; brothers, Robert, James, and Richard Reichard.

Friends and Family will be received Tuesday February 18th, 2025, from 4:00-7:00 PM at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave, Painesville, OH. 

Another set of calling hours will take place Wednesday February 19th, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Perry, 3918 Main St. Perry, OH from 10:00-11:00 AM.  The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM

Interment will be after the funeral service at Perry Municipal Cemetery.
