Lillian J. Lutes

Lillian J. Lutes, age 88, passed away April 5, 2022, at Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.  She was born February 26, 1934, in Cleveland to Steven and Dorothy Closky.

Lillian was a homemaker and a member of St. Cyprian Catholic Church.  She sold Avon for over 30 years and was a member of the President’s Club.  She enjoyed golfing, playing bingo, going to the casinos, and spending time with her family.  Lillian loved flowers especially carnations, they were her favorite. 

Lillian is survived by her Children, Cindy (Dan) Vargo; Lee M. (Jaime) Lutes; Tammi (Gregory) Grzybowski, Sheri (Randy) Smith; Grandchildren, Melissa Vargo, Kelly (Jason) Green, Ian Grzybowski, Michael (Alison) Lutes, Kendra Lutes, and Jordyn Smith; Great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jonathan and Lottie; and future baby girl Lutes Sister, Dorothy Leveno.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Lutes; her brother, Bill Closky and her parents.

Friends will be received from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Friday, April 8, 2022, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Funeral Services will immediately follow at 1:00 PM.  Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
