Lucille "Lucy" (Rolan) Ceculski

Lucille “Lucy” (Rolan) Ceculski, age 79, passed away peacefully August 26, 2025, at her residence in Perry.  She was born February 16, 1946, in Cleveland to Charles Rolan and Ruth (Mays) Rolan.

Lucy worked for Lake County Jobs and Family Services for many years retiring in 2002.  

She enjoyed bowling, gardening, vacationing and had a special love for animals.

Lucy is survived by her loving husband, David Ceculski.  She was a loving mother to Jerry (Angela) Lakatos Jr., Cheryl (John) Long, Denise (Joel) Billock and Rick (Jo) Ceculski. Loving Nana to Allissa (Shawn) Cooper, Trevor (James) Thomas, Rich (Christie) Zalanka Jr., Carly (Brian) Kamis, Kara (Adam) McCall, Ryan (Morgan) Vibbert, Issy, Sabrina and Robby Billock.  Loving Great Nana to Ryleigh & Austin Davis, Elijah Cooper, Ellie & Richie Zalanka, Mackenzie Kamis, Nathan & Brooke McCall, and Margot Vibbert.

Family and friends will be received 3:00 – 7:00 PM, Sunday, August 31, 2025, at Spear Mulqueeny Funeral Home, 667 Mentor Avenue, Painesville, Ohio.  Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 2nd at the funeral home and burial will be at Perry Cemetery.
