Michael "Mike" Hreha

Michael “Mike” Hreha, age 80, passed away July 26, 2025, at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, Ohio, after several years of failing health.  He was born November 1, 1944, in Painesville to John Hreha and Marion E. (Molnar) Hreha and remained a life-long resident of Fairport Harbor.

Mike was a machinist and CNC Programmer and worked in that field for many years.

He enjoyed yardwork, gardening, especially taking care of his roses, and classic cars.  If he wasn’t in the yard, you could find him at a home improvement store. He and Gail always took pride in tending their properties.

Mike will be missed much by his loving wife, M. Gail (Snavely) Hreha.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his uncle and mentor, Mike Molnar and his special aunt, Ann Molnar.

Friends will be received 05:00-06:00 PM, Thursday, July 31, 2025, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Fairport Harbor.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 6:00 PM at St. Anthony’s. 

Burial will be at Bellville Cemetery in Bellville, Ohio on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
