Patricia Ann Trifiletti

Patricia Ann Trifiletti, age 67, passed away March 5, 2025, at her residence in Concord Township after a 6-year battle with MSA.  She was born May 31, 1957, in Euclid to Thomas Chubb and Annabelle (Hill) Chubb.

Patricia worked in the kitchen at Riverside High School and then moved on to be the kitchen manager at Buckeye Elementary School for many years.  

She loved all things Cleveland sports, entertaining her friends and family, being outdoors, and finding a restaurant patio to unwind with family and friends. What she loved more than anything was spending time with her two daughters and four granddaughters. She always said becoming a mother and grandmother were her greatest accomplishments. 

Patricia is survived by her husband, Silvio Trifiletti; daughters, Kristina (Jerrod) Baxter and Juliana (Dave) Peterson; brothers, Tim (Alma) Chubb, Terry (Sandy) Chubb and Tom Chubb; grandchildren, Marley Baxter, Alexandra Baxter, Annabelle Peterson and Madison Peterson.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Mass at St. Gabriel Catholic Church is set for, April 4th at 11:00 am with a celebration of life to follow at Hellriegel’s Inn. 

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hospice of Western Reserve in Patricia’s name.
