Sandra B (Janecek) Coakley

Sandra “Sandi” B. Coakley, age 61 of Leroy Twp, OH, left this earth and now resides in eternal peace because of her personal relationship with Jesus Christ. She now has a permanent home in heaven because she had accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior many years ago. She loved the Lord, loved people, and lived her life in a way that reflected her faith in Christ. 

She was born January 28, 1960, in Painesville, OH to Don and Jan (Cline) Janecek. She was a graduate of Riverside High School, Class of 1978. Sandi enjoyed ministering at Grace Church of Mentor, cross stitching, gardening, watching the birds, and she loved spending time with her grandson. 

Sandi is survived by her mother, Jan Janecek; husband, Jim Coakley; daughters Kim (Jim) Smalley & Nicole (Geoff) Root; grandson, Elliot Root; brothers Steve Janecek & Jon Janecek; sister, Cheri Lory; and is the aunt of Danny Lory, Matt Janecek, Nick Janecek, & Josh Janecek. 

You are invited to celebrate Sandi’s life with her family from 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday August 14, 2021 at Grace Church of Mentor 6883 Reynolds Road Mentor, OH. Memorial service will be immediately following at 1:00pm. 

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions in her name to Grace Church of Mentor.
