Timothy Phillip Saluk

Timothy P.  Saluk, age 69, of Fairport Harbor passed away May 21, 2022, after a courageous two- year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born in Painesville Ohio on August 13, 1952

He was a 1970 graduate of Fairport Harding High School where he wrestled and played football for the Skippers. Tim enjoyed boating, fishing, family vacations to Florida, walking, bike riding, and spending time with his granddaughters. He was an excellent handyman and loved home improvement projects. There was nothing he couldn’t build or fix.

Tim is survived by his loving wife, Kathy (Shelby) Saluk, of 47 years, daughter Nicki (Anthony) Barresi, granddaughters Olivia and Brooke Barresi, brother in-laws Tom (Sally) Shelby, Jim (Sherry) Shelby, sister in-law Nancy (Greg) underwood and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Virginia Saluk, brother Phil Saluk, and sister Christine Channell.

Tim was an over the road truck driver for 48 years working for various trucking companies, the longest with Miceli Dairy Products where he worked for almost 30 years until December of 2021.

Family and friends will be received 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Mulqueeny – Spear Funeral Home 312 Eagle Street, Fairport Harbor, OH.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday May 25, 2022 at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 523 Plum Street Fairport Harbor, OH.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Cleveland Clinic Hospice or St Anthony Church.
