Tracy Ann Burns, age 58, passed away November 9, 2023, at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born April 17, 1965, in Painesville.
Tracy worked in the healthcare industry as a STNA for many years. She was a bartender for the Painesville VFW and the Chardon VFW and was also a volunteer firefighter and EMT for the Leroy Township Fire Department. She loved to give of her time and volunteered for many organizations.
She enjoyed painting, music, crafting, writing poetry, walking, and hiking in the MetroParks, and spending time outdoors. Tracy loved animals, especially horses. At one time, she had 13 rescue horses and a donkey in her care. She also loved entertaining and spending time with her family and friends. Most of all, Tracy was a very spiritual woman who believed in the power of God.
Tracy is survived by her daughter, Nicole Novak; grandchildren, Valicity Novak and Benjamin Novak; brothers, Trent and Todd Seeds; sister Tara (nee Seeds); and her mother and stepfather, Dianne “Dee” and Robert A. Vihtelic; and his children Robert N., Judy and Mary.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gary L. Seeds in 1980.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Tracy, at a later date.
