Wayne D. Hoffman

Wayne D Hoffman, age 72, went to be with the Lord on  August 18, 2025, at University Hospital in Cleveland.  He was born, December 6, 1952, in Painesville to Bernard Hoffman and Betty (Hauser) Hoffman.  He attended Painesville Assembly of God his whole life.

Wayne’s main job was an  auto mechanic and worked for Glenn’s Auto Service, he also worked at Advance Auto Parts and Rampak.

He enjoyed being with family & friends, Bass fishing and his classic Mustangs.

Wayne is survived by his brothers, Kent(Dee)Hoffman.

He was preceded in death by his parents & baby brother.

Friends will be received 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Friday, August 22, 2025, at Painesville Assembly of God Church, 10949 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Painesville, Ohio. (casual attire)

The family requests that if you have a classic car, please drive it to the calling hours and service.  

Funeral Services will follow at Noon.  Burial will be at Perry Cemetery.
